Ofis Yem Duyurdu: Samsun’da Fabrika İnşaatına Başlıyor!

Ofis Yem Gıda Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. (OFSYM) today announced via the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) regarding its factory in Samsun here.

In line with the decision made by the Company’s Board of Directors today, a unanimous resolution was passed to commence construction of the Samsun factory on an approximately 25,000 square meter plot located in the Samsun Food Specialization Organized Industrial Zone, and to designate Ofis Yem Gıda San. Tic. A.Ş. as the contractor.

After the announcement, OFSYM shares reversed direction, reaching an intraday high of 40.58 Lira.

Despite a 32% decrease in value over the past year, OFSYM shares have gained around 13% weekly and nearly 15% monthly, trading at a 3% premium at the time of writing.
