Today, under the leadership of President Erdoğan, the Presidential Cabinet will convene. The primary agenda will cover both domestic issues and international developments.
After a three-week break, the Cabinet will meet tomorrow with a packed agenda.
The meeting, taking place at Beştepe under President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, is expected to address regional and global issues, including Israel’s attacks on Gaza and the recent situation in Syria.
According to Hürriyet, the agenda may also feature discussions on the Ukraine-Russia war and the restructuring of Europe’s security architecture. Additionally, following President Erdoğan’s participation in the Antalya Diplomacy Forum over the weekend, where thousands of international attendees were present, it is anticipated that he will share insights regarding these meetings during the Cabinet session.
Topics surrounding the recent developments following PKK leader Abdullah Öcalan’s call for disarmament, as well as the steps taken and planned for a new resolution process, will also be discussed. It is thought that there will be conversations on issues such as how the terrorist organization will disarm, the role of PYD/YPG in this process, and how the process will be monitored.
Furthermore, it is expected that the meeting will review the latest situation in the economy and share new decisions with the public.
