
Zorlu Holding, 2,000 Çalışanı İşten Çıkarmayı Gözden Geçiriyor
Zorlu Holding officials attending the investor meeting organized by JP Morgan Securities reported that the company is considering asset sales and laying off 2,000 employees from Vestel to alleviate its debt load of $4.9 billion.
According to information from Bloomberg, Zorlu Holding is contemplating asset sales to address investor concerns regarding its high debt load.
Citing sources with direct knowledge of the meeting, the report states that Zorlu Holding plans to sell assets, primarily land and real estate it owns.
The report also indicates that the company intends to lay off approximately 10% of the employees at Vestel Electronics, equating to 2,000 individuals.
